When someone is recommended to get braces from a dental professional, they are often only worried about how long their braces have to stay on, when they will have them taken off, so they will never have to deal with again. Dealing with Retainers

At first, it is something that has to be worn every day at all times, and then time is gradually reduced. Soon it will only be worn at night while someone is sleeping, and then to every other day.
